ADCO Circuits has built a reputation for being high-quality PCB assembly manufacture in the automotive, aerospace and other technology-driven markets. The company, started and led by Archie Damman, has been a leader in prototype assemblies for over 30 years. Recently Archie identified two of the biggest day-to-day challenges for electronic design engineers; American manufactured component availability and quick cost projection for new designs.

ADCOproto’s free instant costing tool for PCB assemblies is accurate, transparent and simple to use.

  • We quote parts that are in stock and from multiple distributors.
  • We provide instant feedback on changes needed to finalize your BOM.

Industrial and Commercial

ADCO Circuits largest segment of business is with Commercial & Industrial enterprises. ADCO has developed the resources and capabilities over our 30+ years to properly manage the challenges and risks that are associated with electronic assemblies that are predominantly high mix, low to mid volume, and complex.

In the C&I environment, accurate forecasts are rare, corporate mandates are to reduce inventory, and design improvements are numerous. These forces often combine and result in customer orders placed inside material lead-time or before the product is completely designed. To manage these dynamics, ADCO has developed leading edge processes such as automated paperless documentation, material procurement, and internal material handling systems for quick and controlled launches. By leveraging our program management, supply chain management, and specialized inventory, manufacturing, test, and quality systems, our customers bottom line is enhanced through reduced lead times, increased flexibility, and consistent quality.

Medical

Medical Manufacturing companies looking for a manufacturing partner for their custom electronic assemblies require strict quality requirements that follow FDA-Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards defined by the FDA 21 CFR Part 820 QSR and ISO 13485. These standards require manufacturers to implement a quality system for designing, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, storing, and delivering medical devices sold within the United States and Europe. ADCO customers are assured of compliant product due to our quality systems which are compliant to FDA regulations and our ISO 13485 certification. ADCO's industry leading quality control systems and a manufacturing culture steeped in lean manufacturing and 5-S, combined with advanced material logistic processes, deliver complex medical devices on-time and on-budget.

ADCO has been a supplier to the Medical industry for much of our 30+ years in the industry. Familiarity with the associated quality requirements and supplier responsibilities have resulted in ADCO developing process's such as a web based customer quality documentation portal and an on-line CAPA system that empower customers to work with ADCO on a team basis.

Automotive

The automotive and transportation industries drive to zero defect electronic assemblies are a product of their requirement for high reliability and the fact that they are often safety devices. ADCO's robust automotive manufacturing and test processes, developed over 12+ years as a certified TS 16949 supplier has proven our capability to produce on this level for a wide range of products. From low volume / highly complex power electronics and train industries, to the higher volume tier one automotive suppliers, ADCO has utilized our industry leading logistic capabilities and a manufacturing culture steeped in lean manufacturing, to achieve preferred vendor status.

ADCO has been a supplier to the Auto industry for most of our 30+ years in the industry, the train industry for over 10 years, and most recently the power electronics industry as the electrification of transportation takes place. We are very familiar with the quality and supply responsibilities that suppliers to these industries bear to enable customer plants to run uninterrupted by supply or quality issues. Our quality engineers and program manager are very familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, IMDS, and also adhering to company specific program launch quality processes.

ADCO's manufacturing higher volume repetitive processes produce highly reliable product (12 PPM defect levels), and a detailed approach to customer service insures a smooth launch and ongoing program success.

Wireless

As the wireless landscape expands at an increasing rate and product companies exploit the new internet of things, ADCO's electronic manufacturing and test services are positioned to support them from design through prototype and production ramp up.

ADCO has strategic alliances and a long history of working with leading wireless design firms experienced in the development and certification of cellular, mesh, wifi and GPS network products, antennas, and gateways. Our advanced manufacturing and test capabilities support what are commonly very complex assemblies and systems and our project management skills provide crucial support during certification. Order fulfillment provides activation services and end customers specific radio component address information.

Telecommunications

Telecommunication companies require flexibility and responsiveness due to the rapid rate of change in technology and their fluid customer demand. ADCO recognizes these challenges and during our 30+ year history has developed processes that allow us to quickly manufacture prototypes, validate production, and react favorably to changes in production schedules.

ADCO's manufacturing processes produce world class product with a quality rate of 12 PPM for production volume product. Our plant has been designed from the ground up to manufacture highly reliable, complex assemblies. Dedicated cells of production, use of robotics and automation, and a passion for learning the manufacturing process, result in world class product for our customers.
